Matthew’s philosophy towards fitness is that fitness is the beginning of everything that most people want out of life: health, vitality, beauty, strength, confidence and self-respect. His programs are based on strength conditioning, and functionality workouts. He began weightlifting over a decade ago, and has since fell in love with the sport and the healthy lifestyle it promotes. Both him and his wife, Rachael actively participates in strength and functionality training and strives to lead a healthy balanced life together. His ultimate passion and goal is to share his love for fitness and to help people achieve their fitness goals and transform their life. Along with fitness, Matthew enjoys hiking, biking, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
