Fit2DMax Studio | Roswell GA | Total Body WorkoutWE CHANGED THE DATES! The class is now FREE of charge, with donations voluntary, in the true spirit of coming together as a community for a cause.

Are you looking for a more personalized fitness regimen? Looking to lose weight or tone and strengthen your body?

Are you looking for help learning not only how to stay fit, but also how to eat well and keep a positive attitude while living with Crohn’s or colitis? Or maybe you don’t have Crohn’s or colitis but want to try out personal training or group fitness classes?

Join Max Nazaire, former Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation coach and CNN Wellness Expert, in a one hour group fitness class promoting spiritual, physical, and mental health and wellness.

The Fit2DMax health and wellness philosophy embodies a one-on-one, whole-body and whole-minded experience that focuses on each client’s individual fitness needs and goals. Max is generously opening his doors for a bargain group class to spread his wellness philosophy to as many people as he can.

Donations are appreciated. 50% of the proceeds are donated to the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of GA.

Every participant will be entered in a raffle to win up to 20 coupons and offers from local businesses!
