My name is Brad Crittenden. I’m from Luverne, Alabama. I’m also a veteran of the United States Air Force. I’ve always been active in sports at a very high level throughout my life. I was an all-state wide receiver in high school, I played semi-pro football while in the Air Force as well as represented my base’s basketball team. During my time in service, other airmen would come to me for help to pass their physical assessment test because i stayed in such great shape because i was always so active. By helping them i received much more than expected. Just seeing the excitement they personified from not only passing, but also superseding their own expectations really helped develop a passion in me to help others reach their fitness goals that still drives me today.
